"Shout out to Becky for helping me out! I called the office last month to cancel my auto policy but as you know when you bundle auto and home, the discount drops and home policy goes up. Home policy is also being canceled but not until February. Instead of just doing what I asked she assessed the situation and in the end saved me money! The only reason I switched insurance is of coarse is to save money and I went with a different company which is not in controll of the people who work there. Im sure I will have to look for new insurance next year as that is how the game is played and if it works out I would definitely go back! Great people work here!"

"Bobby is great when you can get to him. The rest of his staff is not very good about letting us talk to him. I was told he had a family tragedy and that he was out of the office until further notice which I am very sorry about. Then the person who is in charge raised my car insurance which was already much higher than another quote we had. WE have been with state farm 40 years. I already tried to talk to Audry. She is only concerned with the paycheck."

"As a customer for nearly ten years I can confidently say you could not possibly make a worse choice for an agent. My experience has been these guys are solely here to get you signed up to make reoccurring payments. In the unfortunate event you ever experience a situation that requires you to seek help from this insurance provider be prepared for these guys to seize that opportunity to make sure you are aware how much they couldn’t care less about you and how little they wish to be bothered by you situation, no matter how devastating. So, like a good neighbor, I’m warning everyone in the area to steer clear of this office. You simply couldn’t do worse no matter where else you went."

"My rates went up significantly. I called Bobby's office and spoke with one of his staff members. Instead of brushing me off, she researched, and found a way to lower my premium by about fifty dollars per month. Once again the customer service in this office is top notch. Thank you"

"We have been with State Farm for well over 20 years and with Bobby Williamson here in Oklahoma for seven years. Recently we had to deal with a bad hail storm and a vehicle accident all at the same time. We’ve never been so grateful for the warm and efficient service we’ve received during this stressful time. "I recently purchased a new home and decided to explore switching my two-vehicle insurance policy to another agency. When I reached out to Bobby Williamson’s State Farm office for assistance with the transition, I was met with less than helpful service. They refused to fill out the necessary paperwork to release the policy to my new agent and seemed more focused on reminding me that my upcoming bill was due. The customer service experience felt more like a transaction than the supportive, “like a good neighbor” experience you would expect from State Farm. With Bobby being out of the office frequently and unavailable to conduct business, it was clear that their priorities were elsewhere. If you're looking for an agency that genuinely cares about your needs and provides a seamless experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere."
